COUGARS U14 GIRLS SET FOR ALL IRELAND 

Cougars U14 girls will be in action in the All Ireland Club Championships this weekend being held in Kerry at Castleisland Community Center and Cuman Iosef.

Cougars have been drawn in Pool 4 and will meet Midlands League Champions Portlaoise Panthers at 10am in Tralee and Meet the Galway Champions Maree at 3 pm also in Tralee.

All support welcome.

COUGARS DEFEAT BOBACATS IN OVERTIME THRILLER

Cougars had to come from behind with a big second half performance to retain the Team Kerry U12 Tournament Final at the Pres Gym. This was a highly entertaining final with the visitors in control for long periods of the game with Cougars determined second half performance giving Cougars the lead but with seconds remaining Bobcats tied the game from the free throw line. Cougars hit some big baskets in overtime to retain the title in a welter of excitement. Captain Sean O'Brien accepted the Cup for the Cougars.

COUGARS PIP CAHERCIVEEN IN LEAGUE DECIDER.

Cougars made the long journey to South Kerry to take on Caherciveen at Colaiste an Sceilg in the final game of the season and Cougars took the the title following a hard fought win. Cougars winning 17-15 having led throughout the Cougars withstanding a great finish by the home side to take the title back to Killarney after an entertaining game.

COUGARS GIRLS IMPRESS TO WIN U16 LEAGUE TITLE

Cougars produced one of their best performances of the season to take the League title in an entertaining and exciting game at the Presentation Gym with a 45 - 34 victory over St Anne's Farrenfore. Cougars lead from start to finish and were ahead by 22 - 14 at halftime. St Anne's second half pressure reduced the lead to just four points but Cougars responded well with a good spread of scores to relief the pressure and finish strongly to deservedly take the title.

Cougars Senior Women's Cup Champions 2014

Cougars overcame Kilorglin in a thrilling Cup final 2014 to claim the the title needing overtime to secure a great win before a large attendance at the Pres Gym. COUGARS CHAMPIONS 2014.

Cougars U12 Girls clinched a memorable victory over Caherciveen in a thrilling County Plate Final before a huge attendance at the Pres Gym, last evening, a game that had the attendance on the edge of their seats as Cougars came from behind to defeat Caherciveen by a basket in a game neither side deserved to lose. Cougars huge support urged the girls home in the frantic closing stages with both teams giving it everything in a very competitive final.
